Wells Fargo's Enterprise Data Technology Group (EDT) is organized into vertical LOB/CIO aligned groups and supported by the Integrated Data Services (IDS) horizontal group.  IDS provides standardized data platform services and capabilities (Enterprise Data Lake, Data Control Tools, others) to enable the Enterprise Data Teams' delivery to Blueprint Program strategic objectives.Wells Fargo has chosen Enterprise Data Lake (a Big Data Platform) as its strategic platform for Data Management and Governance. The Enterprise Data Lake is a multi-year program with core focus on Advanced Foundational capabilities, Data Governance, Data Ingestion processes and Analytical Consumptions.

Integrated Data Services has an immediate opening for a Delivery Leader – Enterprise Data Lake. This strategic role will be instrumental in the success of Wells Fargo's Data Lake Transformation journey.

• Collaborate closely with the Data Management and Insights organization to build the right solution and frameworks for Enterprise Data Lake delivery
• Own the Framework for foundational platforms of underlying ETL and Hadoop technologies for Enterprise Data Lake
• Prior experience working with Data Security Tools, capabilities for Data Access Control.
• Drive regular program reviews and communicate with key executive stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with India Based Wells Fargo Technology Office (EGS) for coordinated and optimized program delivery
• Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical skills: You are accountable for the complete program delivery for a large and strategic Enterprise Data Lake initiative which will continuously require exceptional problem solving skills and analytical and logical reasoning abilities
• Excellent planning and execution skills: You own and are accountable for delivering the execution to the overall strategy. You can see opportunities for synergy and integration where others can't. You can simplify complex processes. You are exceptional at planning and can anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of data management experience
• 3+ years of data security experience
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise wide projects
• 7+ years of project management experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
• Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions

• Ability to learn from and interact with a diverse set of team members in a very fast paced and dynamic environment
• A desire to learn and grow your portfolio of various businesses and technologies
• Familiarity with Data Security Tools and good understanding of
