About the Role Reports jointly to the Head of Consumer Banking in WFEGS; and to Head of Business Excellence in US. Incumbent will be responsible for overall management of operations team with headcount of over 100+ with presence in multiple locations within WFEGS (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Manila). Incumbent will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow in terms of HC and complexity. Incumbent is expected to engage with LoB partners, in the fulfillment value chain, at a strategic level in driving initiatives to add value to the business. Operations represent substantial financial risk and performance has direct corporate-wide impact. Contributes in developing function's self-assurance overall strategy, lead alignment & integration with enterprise. Develop appropriate relationships to get a seat at the senior table, work on global projects and aim for global responsibility. Move away from current service delivery model to a trusted partnership and enable ownership.- Build business and provide more end to end ownership and accountability of loan level outcomes as against task related SLAs. Drive key focus metrics around various self assurance key result areas .
- Drive changes as appropriate in the operating model to achieve overall objectives.

Responsibilities- Leading Operations for the Home Lending Business Excellence organization. The business has presence across 3 EGS sites (across 2 countries).
Desired candidate should have strong experience of running mortgage fulfillment operations / self-assurance activities - Build and lead a team of approximately 100+ across the business.
- Build and lead a team to deliver quality and cost effective off-shoring experience to to the US managers
- Manage the LoB's budgets, revenues and expenses. Implement ideas for improving year on year financial performance of the team without diluting the overall stakeholder experience thus reducing Total Cost of Operations.

- Demonstrated ability leading a major function or large geographic segment of a financial services organization. Strong knowledge and experience in the US mortgage business.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with effectively engage a variety of contacts, primarily senior leaders across business; change delivery and technology.
- Solid budget forecasting and risk management skills. Ability to produce year on year improvement in financial performance there reducing Total Cost of Operations (TCO).
- Demonstrated ability to manage through middle and upper level managers
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to company-wide strategy and to use strategy to drive results
- Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas
- A seasoned, relationship-driven executive who will have the style and sensitivity to work within a highly complex business environment. Multi-cultural sensitivity a must.
- Exhibits excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Have a good understanding and experience in Six Sigma, Lean, etc. with a track record of continuous improvement through usage of quality tools.
