Our vision is to provide Wells Fargo with world-leading Cyber security risk management. The Enterprise Database Security (EDS) team is part of the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) group. EDS is responsible for applying security oversight and controls to the Distributed Systems environment and providing security consulting services to our business & technical partners.
About Role: Provide business analysis expertise for technology initiatives. Partner with business and technology teams to analyze, interpret, and document requirements for simple to moderate business problems and recommend comprehensive technology solutions. Use domain specific and technology application(s) knowledge to conduct detailed analysis in response to business & technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Requires a high degree of collaboration, coordination, and organizational skills. Prefer versatile candidates with a technical background, who are detail oriented, and can quickly learn new concepts, tools, and processes. Must be flexible, adaptable to change, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced, agile environment. Looking for dynamic candidates who are comfortable presenting to groups, managing conflict, and researching questions, while dealing with unexpected challenges along the way.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate meetings and coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams. Create and maintain project / systems documentation and proactively monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. Work with business users to develop and provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes. Applies deep knowledge of corporate policies and data security to all aspects of the project while ensuring data accuracy. May interact with vendors and external industry participants.
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
5-7 years of Overall IT experience 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering and/or other related discipline or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to grasp new tools and methodologies quickly. Ability to accurately capture/summarize running notes on a live call/meeting. Proactive in identifying gaps and helping the team in streamlining process Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, OneNote) skills Must be flexible to lead business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of one's shift Understanding of security solutions and controls for reducing risk within database environments

Knowledge of Database and information security concepts Knowledge of Database Activity Monitoring applications like IBM Security Guardium Knowledge of Data Masking applications like Delphix, IBM Optim, etc. Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes.
