About The Role: This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR and Total Rewards business partners. This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines. Corporate Human Resources develops and implements people strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide compensation and performance management tools, programs and processes by performing varied administrative functions including: researching and responding to user questions via phone and email; updating large volumes of data in tools through established processes and administering programs using enterprise tools. Provides support for a variety of Compensation and Performance Management initiatives and tools Operational support of Total Rewards initiatives including job title related work, maintenance of job titles maintenance of pricing distributing info, administering pay premium programs for exempt and non-exempt for minimum wages, differentials and wage and hour claims Supports manager and employee activities related to performance management including documenting objectives, completing feedback throughout the year and year-end ratings and supporting commentary. Supports manager activities related to year-end compensation recommendations including salary increases, promotional job title changes and cash and non-cash incentive recommendations. Follow up to ensure processing is completed
Market Skills and Certifications
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of clerical experience, customer service experience, or a combination of both Flexibility/nimble Highly collaborative High capacity for managing multiple tasks at one time Ability to effectively manage high volume administrative tasks, data entry and high accuracy Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook tools, specifically Excel Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients and all levels of the organization Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Ability to correspond with customers, responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Solid problem solving skills Ability to work in a complex matrix environment, encompassing a broad mix of cultures and client groups
Desired Qualifications:
Experience updating large quantities of information into systems accurately and efficiently to support business processes. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment Working knowledge of some aspect of an HR function, and an understanding of HR policies and procedures Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, CP&D)
