Because when you succeed, we succeedThis position is designed to mainly demonstrates value of service offerings to customers, builds contract renewal execution and expansion plan, applying professional expertise and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve variety of issues and challenges within assigned accounts to drive customer satisfaction. Provides and delivers against an accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecast, Orchestrates and builds a team from within the organization to deliver against identified opportunities. Recognizes customer behaviors and situations which could threaten the contract, develops plans to mitigate these threats and brings in RA leadership as appropriate. Works closely with assigned Account Manager to ensure alignment on Account Strategy. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires ability to select outcome-based solutions from within our portfolio. Been able to Negotiates (in partnership with Sales as applicable) renewal of multi-faceted contracts and shows a clear understanding of decisions which may impact margin. Successfully works with cross functional teams and broad understanding of Services business within the Industrial Automation Sector. Requirements / Skills Engineering, Administration or Marketing bachelor's degreeMinimum previous commercial experience 5 years (B2B). (Industrial Segment)Customer Satisfaction oriented aptitudeKnow how to manage customers' requirements with a professional and respectful manners, even under stress. An individual who can work with minimum supervision, with a high level of commitment, and been able to adapt to a time sensitive contract renewal process.Available for a travel schedule of minimum 40%Bilingual Spanish/English, (Read, Write and Speak fluently)
