On this team, you'll build and sustain deep and lasting relationships with the world's producers, and work in partnership with account managers in your territory or segment, supporting the sale development in OEMs, systems integrators and industry partners to solve unique challenges with the industry's most sophisticated automation technology. Your days are never the same: every day, you'll grow your skills, expertise and career, with development opportunities that span industries and regions - all while working for an award-winning, ethical company recognized for its innovation.~~The OEM Account Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market share in Heavy Industry OEMs in Southern Cone.This individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation by clearly defining business value and aligning our capabilities to the customer's desired outcomesOwns the account strategy within assigned accounts and communicates to extended teams on an account by account basis. Establishes executive level relationships within the customer base and understands customer processes, business drivers and organizational model.Follows the Rockwell Automation sales process: knows assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintains a healthy funnel, drives opportunities to closure and evaluates performance to goal.Understands the industry (applications, standards/regulations, drivers and trends), the customer's organization and desired business outcomes and Rockwell Automation offerings and delivery mechanisms as well as partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts.Provides application knowledge and industry expertise. Manages sales activities according to Rockwell Automation's outcome-based selling methodology. ~~BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's in engineering or related disciplineA minimum of five years of sales experience in electrical and/or industrial automation market.Heavy Industries OEM Sales experience is a plusFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel 50% of the time (national and international if necessary)Capable to work in a matrix organizationSoftware Industry Experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's in business administration or advanced degree in business management is desirableSouthern Cone Regional experience is a plusSoftware Industry Experience
