| Job Description As a talented and passionate member of an agile capability team you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions that will deliver value to our customers. The team leverages .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, RESTful web services and Azure cloud technology to deliver these new innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Designs, codes, and tests new enterprise-wide applications
- Assists in the support of existing applications
- Writes high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations
- Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to ensure understanding of business priorities
- Analyzes and improves the efficiency of various systems and services
- Proactively monitors industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologies
- Creates and executes required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components
- Troubleshoots problems identified by users
- Helps to create a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency
- Collaborates with capability team to build an agile culture in teams
- Coordinates with business stakeholders to understand and document business and functional requirements related to the end-user experience
- Develops user interaction and interface deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, and visual designs
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Understands user needs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Identify design problems and devise usable solutions
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Contributes to design standards and promotes user-centered design throughout the organization
- Builds strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization
- Participates in the design and implementation of user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needs
- Ensures that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a consistent end-user experience
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications - Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in systems development lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with server-side architectures and system design and development.
- Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based solution
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
