DESCRIPTIONDesigns, defines and implements complex system requirements forcustomers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems.Determines system specifications, input/output processes and workingparameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design ofsubsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes andresolves program support deficiencies.
