| Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Lead high level strategic projects to drive improvements in business performance using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
- Lead projects range up to more strategic multi-functional, multi-business, multi-region efforts that requires leadership, project management and communication proven skills.
- Design and organize events such as strategic planning, summits, workshops with people in the region and within different functions.
- Create and facilitate training material of Lean, Six Sigma, Problem Solving and Operational Excellence across the enterprise primarily in the region.
- Evaluate and introduce to RA as applicable existing programs and techniques in the Lean and Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Industry.
- Develop and monitor performance and Behavioral indicators to support the organization strategy.
- Coach and Mentor site leaders to become Lean and Continuous Improvement leaders and experts in their respective facilities.
- Perform any other tactical activity related with job position.
Ensure a thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network. Basic Qualifications: 4 year degree. 5+ years experince. Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
