Job Description Global Job Level 10001098 (S022) - Sales Account Manager (Level 4) Role Name: NA Regional OEM Segment Leader - Process Reports to (role): NA Regional OEM Manager Role Purpose: The Regional OEM Segment Lead will work in close association with the Field Sales Teams assisting them in selling Rockwell's products and services into Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) and machinery builders, and assure the continued growth rate of the OEM Solutions business within the assigned OEM Segment. This role is responsible for increasing Rockwell's market share, analyzing the segment to identify trends and opportunities, constructing a strategic account plan, and influencing a group of associated Sales staff assigned within the Segment. Position Summary:
#LI-MM1 The total target compensation range for this role in Colorado is 150k-187k of which 70% is base salary and 30% is variable.
