You will be a part of autonomous and self-organizing agile team, as well as leadership team. You are a true leader who helps the team understand agile principles and uses the best-known practices to achieve common goals in the most effective way. You are working in a highly dynamic environment with eager and innovative teams, where anything is possible. You are improving your skills together with experienced team members from Poland and the United States using English on daily basis to remove encountered obstacles..

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience in a Scrum Master role, with demonstrated capabilities
• Strong understanding of agile principles, values, techniques, theory and servant leadership approach
• Ability to work autonomously in fast growing environment
• Ability to coach and support development teams at various stages of agile maturity
• Ability to deal with conflicts and failures
• Strong adaptation skills to coaching style depending on your team's maturity and needs
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• Working with distributed teams experience
• Ideally leading 2 teams at once
• People or project management experience
• Experience working in scaled agile frameworks
• Scrum Master certification
