| Job Description SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION: * The coordinator is to document and facilitate specific training courses in the Twinsburg facility. The training courses include, but are not limited to, solder training, manufacturing training, workmanship training, train the trainer, new hire, Microsoft applications and repair training. * The coordinator maintains and audits the database for the training and certification program. * Set up systems to share knowledge from trained material. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Functional * Prepare/update training materials used for the courses being taught. * Perform, document and communicate random audits of the personnel in Twinsburg with regard to all of the training courses taught by the trainer. * Arbitrator for workmanship standards for floor personnel. * Maintain accurate training records of all training performed. * Maintain training room supplies and equipment in proper working order to facilitate effective training sessions. * Review training documentation and make improvement recommendations to the document owner. * Other projects as assigned Leadership * Conducts tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations (state/federal laws, ISO9001, ISO14000, etc.) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures. Interpersonal * Schedule training classes around production needs for all shifts by coordinating with applicable supervisors. Business * Document training courses with the help of Quality and Manufacturing Process Engineers. * Encourage and promote the importance process and quality adherence during the training facilitation * Provide accurate visual aid documentation that allows for successful assembly in a timely manner. * Develop training to include support functions and lessons learned Basic Qualifications: Technical trainer position requires High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required. Technical degree or training certification desired. IPC-610 or Rockwell Automation Level 3 Solder Certified required. Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
