JOB SUMMARY

Overall project management responsibility for a variety of projects or project teams, including client contact, scheduling, and budgeting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client management.

• Management of the design team.

• Financial management of project(s).

• Project schedule development and management.

• Project budget development and management.

• Reviews project for building code compliance.

• Project document coordination and review.

• Project compliance with contract and owner requirements.

• Construction administration management.

• Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team.

• Leads project teams and/or plan, + supervise assignments of lower level employees.

• May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.

• No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) from four-year college or university.

• Minimum 10+ years experience required.

• Architecture registration required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

• Ability to effectively present information.
  Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

• Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.

• Ability to calculate complex figures.

• Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

• Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
