Department Overview


Wells Fargo Indiaenables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.

The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking..

About the Role


You will work as part of FHA Claims where you are responsible to claim the expenses that were incurred by Wells Fargo on defaulted properties which were insured by FHA.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the claims that are due for claiming with FHA
  • Take the decision to whether claim or charge off for the expenses incurred by Wells Fargo on defaulted properties
  • Work with various other stake holders to obtain the required documentation to complete the claim

Essential Qualification

  • Degree in any discipline and work experience to include working with and understanding of Loan
  • Team player with proven capability to effectively work with peers.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated mathematical and analytical skills Ability to work well under pressure of meeting Service Level Agreement deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent typing skills Good communications and organizational skills Multi-tasking essential
  • Strong Analytical Skills


Market Skills and Certifications


Degree in commerce discipline and work experience to include working with and understanding of Loan.
