Department Overview:
Integrated operations organization works collaboratively and consistently across the company. The Chief Operating Office includes core operations functions for each of the lines of business under leaders who have joint reporting relationships. Including Front Line Control for each of the lines of business and enterprise functions, Strategy and Operations Planning, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, Enterprise Shared Services, Strategic Execution & Operations, Corporate Properties Group, Business Continuity and Resiliency, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Supply Chain Management, and Chief Administrative Office.
About the Role
This role will be a part of Agile team performing and conducting user acceptance testing for inhouse tools ,methodology deliverables, processes and reports supporting Wells Fargo's in house applications.
The key to success in this position is proactive planning, prioritization, and outstanding testing. This role will work within an agile team, must be a solid communicator, deal with mistakes and conflict resolution, and know how to work efficiently. They will act as a liaison between end users, product management, and engineering by planning and conducting user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities for this Business Systems Consultant 4 include but not limited to:
Deliver test plans, strategies and sign-offs in adherence with test standards. Author complex test scenarios, test cases and test scripts. Collaborate with agile team to select test scripts to represent business process. Perform test data conditioning and testing validation. Apply medium to advanced testing tool knowledge to efforts. Log, track, and verify resolution of software and specification defects. Execute test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. Partner with the business to engage and lead transparent testing efforts.
Required Qualifications: 8+ years of business systems analysis experience, testing and business systems design experience, or a combination of both Experience in working with agile teams
Market Skills and Certifications
Desired Qualifications:- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
- Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- 3+ years of Agile experience
- Knowledge and understanding of user acceptance testing
- Knowledge and understanding of systems and technology from an end user perspective
- Strong experience with Quality Center
- Experience in Clarity tool
Other Desired Qualifications:- Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in satisfying customer and enterprise need
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
