Then we have an opportunity for you at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL We currently have an opportunity for an Order Specialist for our Walmart/Sam's account located at our offices in Canandaigua, NY.

Your Role:

As an Order Specialist for our Walmart/Sam's account, you will support profit and service objectives by ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer orders, inquiries, and concerns as well as coordinating cross-functionally to support aggressive service goals. You will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure communication flow between functions
• Manage promotional activity from planning through delivery
• Anticipate potential problems and proactively address them before they become impactful
• Demonstrate service excellence and strive for improvement

In this role, you will play an extremely important part in our company and will use your people-skills to network with customers and your problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in a related field OR 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service position
• Experience dealing with traffic planning, production planning, and manufacturing systems
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work every 4th weekend and travel 1-2 times a year

Icing on the cake:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
