• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Minimum 3+ years of related experience. Commercial real estate experience in capital markets, real estate investment, or asset management preferred.
• Successful candidates will have a background in the real estate capital markets and experience in corporate real estate or corporate finance. The candidate will understand real estate market dynamics, real estate value drivers, capitalization rates, market rents, appraisal values, investing dynamics.
• Candidates should have strong financial modeling skills and working knowledge and understanding of GAAP accounting as it relates to corporate finance requirements.

• Real Estate license preferred or as required by the State.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

• Strong understanding of principles of information design and display and ability to create compelling documentation and deliverable
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Working knowledge of advanced graphic/information design programs (e.g., InDesign, Visio);

• Decisions made with an understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause a short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
