Version francaise plus bas Program Coordinator - 1 year contract (with possibility of renewal) Job Summary The Program Coordinator is an integral part of McKesson's Retail Manufacturer Solutions (RMS) team, responsible for the coordination and delivery of services to both patients and Health Care Providers (HCPs). They will support McKesson programs and industry partners and will act as the liaison between the patient support program and the RMS teams. This is a new, challenging role in an innovative team. It will require an ability to learn fast, proactively identify issues and recommend strategic solutions. The role involves supporting the program team to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, pharmacist, physicians, clinics, manufacturers, patient support programs and members of McKesson's multidisciplinary team. Specifically, the Program Coordinator will respond to HCP and patients' inquiries, coordinate documentation and reports for clinical programs, ensure data accuracy, utilize effective communication skills and apply problem-solving abilities to resolve issues. They will also participate in the program's development, design, operations, planning and execution alongside the program management team. The Program Coordinator will ensure that the programs assigned are executed efficiently and in accordance to established specifications and agreements and contribute to the continuous improvement of these programs. Section A - Specific Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to: - Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the retail program's integration into the Patient Support Program.
- Work with and synchronize between multiple applications and digital platforms to support clinical programs in specialty and non-specialty therapeutic areas.
- Lead the connectivity between the Patient Support Program and the digital platform.
- Responsible for gathering all pertinent information to set up, coordinate, track and document patient, pharmacy or relevant customer data using the appropriate computer system.
- Responsible for compiling and reconciling data and generating reports, ensuring continuity and efficient data transfer between systems.
- Support the program team in maintaining relationships and communication with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including Pharmacists, Physicians, Nurses and Patient Associations.
- Rapidly and proactively identify program issues; promptly recommend solutions based on customer feedback, own judgment and research.
- Offer high quality, empathetic and efficient service to pharmacists, HCPs and patients requiring non-clinical support as per program scope.
- Respond to non-clinical patient inquiries regarding the programs.
- Ensure that queries are answered promptly and efficiently and that stakeholders receive relevant information and assistance.
- Support the program team in recruiting key pharmacies into programs, including calling pharmacies, responding to inquiries via phone, email and fax.
- Coordination with patients, retail pharmacies, manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs and RMS team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Work closely with program management team to ensure program objectives and KPIs are met. Be proactive and take initiative to exceed customer expectations.
- Organize and oversee the dissemination of marketing and support materials to pharmacies.
- Liaise with multiple business units to organize, set up, and support team meetings while providing valuable insight and updates on program related activities.
- Participate in weekly program update meetings with the program management teams.
- Support in the development of and adhere to program SOPs, manuals and guidelines.
Section B - General Responsibilities - Foster and maintain a team environment by maintaining open lines of communication with peers, managers, and other departments.
- Proactively assess programs and make suggestions to enhance outcomes and quality of service.
- Maintain data accuracy through review of program documentation for completeness and consistency.
- Liaise between Patient Support Program and Pharmacy Retail Program.
- Maintain basic knowledge of public policy and stay informed of market trends and changing provincial legislation within the Canadian provinces.
- Remain up to date on all training requirements. Maintain basic knowledge and skills through the availability of medical and non-medical education & training.
- Ensure all privacy and confidentiality requirements are followed while developing and implementing innovative programs.
- Participate and assist in departmental continuous improvement activities related to process, quality, training, etc.
- Work with your manager to maintain and update personal performance and development goals.
Section C - Position Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in patient services, retail pharmacy, pharmacy programs or related health care field including specialty medication would be an asset
- Ability to learn fast and multi-task is a must-have
- Understanding and knowledge of Patient Support Programs a plus
- Understand the healthcare space, digital and virtual health platforms
- Excellent understanding of the main software tools including MS Office suite
- Bilingual; excellent verbal and written communication in English and French
- Excellent phone etiquette, professional, courteous and efficient
- Positive attitude and exceptional listening skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Partie C - Exigences du poste - Baccalaureat dans un domaine pertinent ou experience de travail equivalente
- Experience dans le secteur des services aux patients, des pharmacies de detail, des programmes pharmaceutiques ou autre domaine de soins de sante connexe, dont celui des medicaments specialises (un atout)
- Capacite a apprendre rapidement et a mener plusieurs taches simultanement (une exigence indispensable)
- Connaissance des programmes de soutien aux patients (un atout)
- Connaissance du domaine des soins de sante et des plateformes de soins de sante numeriques et virtuelles
- Tres bonne connaissance des principaux outils logiciels, dont ceux de la suite MS Office
- Excellentes aptitudes a communiquer en francais et en anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit
