Position Description Establish and maintain accounting policies, practices and controls. Prepare practice financial statements, corporate financial statements, provide quality assurance to the process. Key Responsibilities -
Manage the close process, post complicated journal entries related to month-end including certain accruals, revenue recognition, expensing of prepaid amounts and make critical recommendations to those entries where needed. -
Perform account reconciliations, identify outliers, communicate corrections and significant events impacting results. -
Effectively establish a quality control process for generating, reviewing and posting customer financial reports. -
Communicate financial results to other functional areas including Finance, Operations, Corporate and Physician Practices. Minimum Requirement: 7+ years of Accounting and financial reporting experience Critical Requirements -
CPA required -
Strong understanding of US GAAP and Accounting Principles -
SOX/Audit experience -
Proficient in Excel -
Proficient or experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, Sequel Additional Requirements -
Excellent communication skills -
Data mining and analysis -

4-year degree required -
