Key Responsibilities: - Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
- Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse
- Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures
- Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
- Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment
- In charge of leading/directing the putaway team on a daily basis.
- Ensure all aged putaways are within our 48 hour window.
- Work any putaway discrepancy's/receiving discrepancy's.
- Talk about department related topics in the morning start-up meeting.
Minimum Requirements: - 1 year experience in a Leadership role
- 1 year experience with power industrial equipment
- 2 years of Warehouse experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent

- High degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Must be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from management.
- Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification. (I.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
Physical Requirements: - General Office Demands
- Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
