Current Need : McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services is looking for an exceptional Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Customer Operations Team. The SAA will provide administrative support to the VP of Operations (VPOs), Retail Area Vice President (AVP) and McKesson Health Systems Area Vice President (AVP) with daily requirements. Main duties include calendar management as well as agendas, emails, planning and organization of meetings and trips. This will include all logistics (reservations, travel, billing and expense reports, etc.). Duties include organizing schedules, coordinating information and being in contact with all persons concerned. Prepare presentations and validating information. At times acts as the liaison between the leaders, the company's other departments and external key clients.
