Resume de l'emploi : Positionner le Groupe des bannieres de detail comme destination de choix en pharmacie Le directeur marketing sera responsable de la gestion des pharmacies Proxim et Uniprix du Groupe des bannieres de detail de McKesson Canada. Le directeur sera l'intendant de ces marques. Les chefs marketing et de marque des bannieres releveront directement du directeur, de meme que leurs equipes constituees d'infographes et de specialistes. Principales responsabilites -
Participer au developpement de la strategie globale de marketing du Groupe des bannieres de detail. -
Developper et mettre en oeuvre une strategie de marque et un positionnement, ainsi qu'un plan annuel de marketing pour chaque marque, y compris les campagnes, les evenements, les medias numeriques et les relations publiques. -
Developper des strategies de marque, des tactiques et des outils pour acquerir de nouveaux patients, fideliser les patients existants et faire croitre le panier de soins. -
Superviser les communications aux membres des bannieres a propos des strategies de marque, des programmes et des outils. -
Faire des presentations aux membres des bannieres, aux intervenants internes et autres. -
Interagir regulierement avec sur les differents comites aviseurs et consultatifs. -
Creer et tenir a jour la narration sur la marque de la banniere et les lignes directrices concernant l'identite visuelle. -
Developper et gerer le budget annuel du marketing de chaque banniere. -
Concevoir et superviser le developpement des activites et des outils marketing : -
organiser des campagnes et des promotions publicitaires a l'echelle nationale; -
offrir un programme de marketing local aux membres des bannieres; -
activer les commandites de bannieres; -
soutenir la strategie de la marque et le marketing d'evenements; -
agir a titre d'intendant des actifs numeriques de chaque banniere; -
diriger la strategie de contenu numerique de chaque banniere; -
appuyer le deploiement des services pharmaceutiques et des programmes de gestion de categories, ainsi que les priorites d'operations en magasins. -
Guider les equipes des services partages numeriques et de fidelisation dans le cadre du developpement d'outils visant a soutenir la mise en oeuvre du plan marketing annuel de la banniere et ses activites de communication. -
Communiquer de facon efficace la vision et les objectifs du marketing aux intervenants internes et externes. -
Surveiller les activites de marketing des concurrents. -
Reperer les pratiques en matiere de banniere des concurrents et des detaillants de premier plan. -
Verifier et mesurer le rendement des campagnes, des activites et des outils lies a la banniere. -
Diriger une equipe d'un maximum de 14 professionnels du marketing qui offrent un soutien direct aux membres. -
Travailler dans le cadre d'une equipe interfonctionnelle et appuyer les chefs marketing dans tous les projets necessaires. Qualifications -
Diplome de premier cycle dans un domaine pertinent, un MBA est considere comme un atout. -
7 a 10 ans d'experience de travail pertinente, y compris une experience dans le domaine de la vente au detail. -
Connaissance de l'environnement concurrentiel dans lequel evoluent les pharmacies communautaires. -
Solide connaissance du secteur numerique, du commerce electronique et de l'environnement technique. -
Realisations en matiere d'exploitation de toutes les formes d'expression des marques. -

Job Summary: Position RBG banners as a pharmacy destination of choice The Marketing Director, is responsible for the management of McKesson Canada's Retail Banner Group Proxim and Uniprix pharmacy brands. The Director is the steward of these brands. He/she maintains a vigilant eye on the competitive landscape develops measurable strategies and plans to further strengthen the positioning of these brands in the marketplace. The Director oversees the banners comprehensive marketing plans to increase comp sales as well as generate increased store traffic and scripts. The Director will report to the VP of Marketing Communications, Retail Banner Services. The Director is based in Montreal (QC). The Marketing Brand Managers of the banner brands will report directly to the Director, along with their teams who consist of graphic designers and specialists. Key Responsibilities -
Develop and implement a brand strategy and positioning, as well as an annual marketing plan for each brand -including campaigns, events, digital and PR -
Develop brand strategies, tactics and tools to acquire new patients, retain existing patients, and grow the health basket -
Oversee communications to banner members regarding brand strategies, programs and tools -
Deliver presentations to banner members, stakeholders and customers -
Interact regularly with banner advisory boards -
Create and maintain banner brand narratives and visual identity guidelines -
Develop and manage each banners annual marketing budget -
Design and oversee the development of marketing activities and tools: -
Deploy national advertising campaigns and promotions -

Direct each banner's digital content strategy -
