Resume du poste Relevant du Chef Principal, Gestion du Cycle de Vie et Projets, l'Analyste, Logistique inverse les politiques de retour ou d'allocation des fournisseurs afin de soutenir les operations logistiques inversees de McKesson Canada. L'analyste gere et suit l'execution des politiques de retour et des programmes d'indemnites pour s'assurer que les revenus sont collectes et distribues en consequence. Les responsabilites comprennent - Gerer les retours, la liquidation ou la destruction des stocks de produits obsoletes afin d'optimiser la recuperation des fonds, en s'assurant que retours executes par les DC sont conformes aux politiques de retour ou programmes d'indemnites des fournisseurs.
- Surveiller et analyser les tendances de retour pour identifier et recommander des opportunites d'amelioration continue.
- S'assurer que les resultats financiers et les indicateurs cles de performance sont signales a la direction, en identifiant les lacunes et les opportunites de gerer le risque et d'attenuer les pertes.
Section A - Responsabilites specifiques Gestion du retour (70%) - Gere le processus de logistique inversee a partir des clients jusqu'a la mise au rebut, communique les changements et les opportunites avec des equipes inter-fonctionnelles et s'assure que les unites d'exploitation operationnelles des DC's executent conformement aux procedures de retour.
- Surveille et analyse les retours des clients, les dommages aux entrepots et les ajustements, ainsi que les pertes sur les retours aux fournisseurs, en identifiant les lacunes et les opportunites, en recommandant des actions correctives.
- Developpe et surveille divers outils d'analyse pour identifier les tendances dans les retours et identifier les opportunites d'amelioration et d'attenuation des risques pour McKesson Canada.
- Fournit l'expertise et les informations requises par les partenaires commerciaux sur les activites de logistique inversee.
Gestion des systemes de planogrammes (25%) - Maintenance reguliere des bases de donnees et des fichiers d'application commerciale McKesson (ajout et suppression d'elements AS / 400, garantissant l'exactitude et l'integrite des donnees)
- Developper et produire des rapports de planogrammes existants, nouveaux et ad hoc
- Coordonner le transfert des informations relatives au prix, au MSQ, a la modalite de l'unite, aux articles bonus, etc. avec les departements concernes de McKesson Canada et / ou de ses clients.
- Generer des rapports hebdomadaires sur le niveau de service des clients

Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Life Cycle Management & Projects, the Analyst, Reverse Logistics, manages the supplier return or allowance policies to support McKesson Canada's reverse logistic operations. The Analyst manages and tracks the execution of return policies and allowance programs to ensure revenues are collected and distributed accordingly. Responsibilities include * Managing the returns, liquidation or destruction of obsolete product inventory to optimize recovery and cash flow, ensuring that DC Operations process returns are in accordance with supplier return or allowance policies. * Monitoring and analyzing return patterns to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities. * Ensuring that financial results and KPI's are reported to management identifying gaps and opportunities to mitigate loss on returns. * Provides subject matter expertise and information required by business partners about reverse logistics activities. Section A - Specific Responsibilities Return Management (70%) * Manages the reverse logistics process from customers to disposal, communicate changes and opportunities with cross functional teams and ensures operational business units execute in accordance with the returns SOP. * Manages discussions with external providers, Procurement and DC Operations to prioritize and execute returns. * Monitors and analyses customer returns, warehouse inventory damages, and adjustments, as well as losses on returns to suppliers, identifying gaps and opportunities, recommending corrective action. * Ensures customer returns are aligned with formulary programs to minimize risks and optimize revenues, as well as proactively monitoring excessive return patterns to minimize the risk of loss to McKesson Canada. * Develops and monitors various analytics tools to identify trends in returns and identify opportunities for improvements and risk mitigation for McKesson Canada. * Provides subject matter expertise and information required by business partners about reverse logistics activities. * Close collaboration with finance to understand the financial recording of operational results through lead measures, works with Procurement and Operations teams to mitigate loss on returns. Customer Planograms (25%) * Regular maintenance of Data Bases and McKesson Business Application Files (AS/400item addition and deletion, ensure data accuracy and integrity) * Develop and produce existing, new and ad hoc planogram reports * Coordinate transfer of information pertaining to price, MSQ, unit modality, bonus items etc. with relevant departments within McKesson Canada and/or its clients. * Generate weekly customer service level reports Section B - General Responsibilities Other (5%) * Maintains relevant business knowledge of product categories and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions. * Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values. Section C - Position Requirements Work Experience * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Replenishment and Inventory Planning. * Experience in Retail, Wholesale or Manufacturing is required. * Life Sciences experience an asset. Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
