Role Description: Individual contributor, responsible for ensuring the communication, adoption and adherence of policy and processes. Acts as S&P change agent with a focus on driving cultural changes that drive process adherence and adoption of leading practices during system updates or process transformation. Key Responsibilities: -
Responsible for communication and training of new policies and processes within S&P, ongoing maintenance of policies and user training and any associated change management. This includes overseeing the content, design and delivering user training as needed. -
Responsible for S&P policy strategy, sets and govern S&P policy and change management strategies -
Collaborate with S&P Leaders and Shared Services teams to ensure the strategic objectives are met by clearly setting and communicating policy and process expectations and implement compliance that holds the organization accountable. -
Develop communications strategies that result in clear and effective change management and user adoption -
Work with corporate communications to develop effective communications for S&P initiatives -
Oversee all S&P policies and compliance reporting process, continually assessing compliance reporting and working to close loopholes. -
Communicate with team members, SMEs, systems teams and leadership to ensure awareness and alignment on organizational priorities -
Triage and facilitate responses to customer, stakeholders and internal S&P policy and process questions -
Develop training strategy and plans including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, and change readiness that anticipates future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate successful outcomes -
Oversee the training in all key areas of S&P operations and policy compliance including internal team members, Shared Services Partners, customers and suppliers. -
Work with people leaders to ensure execution of onboarding activities for new hires -
Maintain organizational competency standards to ensure leaders have necessary tools and processes to assess employees' skills, talents, performance and productivity. -
Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure process compliance, safety and productivity among S&P team members -
Understand buying channel strategy and ongoing compliance, helping to drive continuous improvements for increased adherence and further optimization -
Lead Spend Smart and Buy Smart, yammer, and ongoing corporate communications, training initiatives -
Identify and lead new Spend Smart and Buy Smart initiatives on an ongoing basis Key Relationships: Key Competencies: -

1+ years' experience in process flow documentation -
1+ years' experience in Sourcing, AP, Finance Operations or similar field -
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite with a focus on PowerPoint, Visio and Excel -
Ability to interact and influence leaders at all levels -
Team player and able to work collaboratively with others -
