We are seeking a Director, Pharmacy Implementation to join our team in Las Colinas, TX.

Position Summary

Leads team of specialists dedicated to the implementation of new business and programs for the Community Pharmacy and Health, Strategic Accounts, Emerging Markets and Masters segments.

Implementation : Designs, implements, and leads new customer implementation, spanning multiple critical touchpoints for the 1,200 new pharmacy implementations annually. Guides pharmacy owners through wholesaler transition ensuring Pricing, Contracts, Technology, Program Enrollment, State and Federal Licensure, Regulatory and Credit are properly deployed and maintained so the customer experience is seamless. Reviews processes and collaborates across the business to improve efficiencies and create synergy across our network of business units.

Health Mart: Delivers, reviews and executes all Health Mart franchise contracting for 700+ prospective and 125+ renewing franchisees annually. Identifies roadblocks and leads effort to streamline customer on-boarding with a dedicated enrollment specialist. Provides direction and insight to franchisees on available programs ranging from retail pricing, planograms, third-party management, clinical services, and flexible co-branding with exterior signage kits with goal of driving brand adoption and increasing Health Mart market penetration.

RxOwnership : Serve as expert guide to first-time pharmacy owners through opening their first independent pharmacy. Utilize market, physician, and payer analytics to identify viable locations. Consult owners on business strategy and long-term goals to create business plan to secure financing. Maintain and share regulation and compliance requirements to aspiring owners pursuing pharmacy licensure.

Key Responsibilities

This position within the Retail Support Solutions' organization is responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the implementation of new customers or delivery of a program from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.

• Manages Customer Implementation Team

• Provides a single point of contact for Implementation efforts

• Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project which may include customers, Sales, DC Operations, Master Data and various departments (e.g. marketing, IT, etc.)

• Defines project scope and objectives. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, line management and internal and external resources. Plans and directs project and monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal/external customer on all matters

• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables. Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.

• Establishes procedures and processes related process improvement of customer transitions

Minimum Requirements

12+ years of professional experience, preferably in an office administration capacity working with data reporting and systems, and 4+ years of management experience.

Critical Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP or similar customer/client management platforms

• A strong attention to quality, detail, and confidentiality

• Effective communication skills including the ability to effectively interpret between a broad spectrum of clients with different levels of knowledge, expectations, or position

• Excellent visual and textual communication skills that translate into comprehensive and effective meetings and documents for internal use or distribution to customers

• Effective organizational, time-management and follow-up skills

• Must possess professional demeanor and excellent networking skills; be dedicated to quality and self-improvement

• Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value

• A fast learner with an innovative and positive approach

Additional Knowledge & Skills

• Data reporting and systems experience

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously

• Ability to manage effective meetings; keeping them on track, focused and encouraging active participation

• Ability to communicate with externals customers confidently and professionally

• Ability to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and work without supervision, in a high stress, fast-paced, 100% quality required environment

Education

4-year degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
