Current Need We are seeking a Director, Pharmacy Implementation to join our team in Las Colinas, TX. Position Summary Leads team of specialists dedicated to the implementation of new business and programs for the Community Pharmacy and Health, Strategic Accounts, Emerging Markets and Masters segments. Implementation : Designs, implements, and leads new customer implementation, spanning multiple critical touchpoints for the 1,200 new pharmacy implementations annually. Guides pharmacy owners through wholesaler transition ensuring Pricing, Contracts, Technology, Program Enrollment, State and Federal Licensure, Regulatory and Credit are properly deployed and maintained so the customer experience is seamless. Reviews processes and collaborates across the business to improve efficiencies and create synergy across our network of business units. Health Mart: Delivers, reviews and executes all Health Mart franchise contracting for 700+ prospective and 125+ renewing franchisees annually. Identifies roadblocks and leads effort to streamline customer on-boarding with a dedicated enrollment specialist. Provides direction and insight to franchisees on available programs ranging from retail pricing, planograms, third-party management, clinical services, and flexible co-branding with exterior signage kits with goal of driving brand adoption and increasing Health Mart market penetration. RxOwnership : Serve as expert guide to first-time pharmacy owners through opening their first independent pharmacy. Utilize market, physician, and payer analytics to identify viable locations. Consult owners on business strategy and long-term goals to create business plan to secure financing. Maintain and share regulation and compliance requirements to aspiring owners pursuing pharmacy licensure. Key Responsibilities This position within the Retail Support Solutions' organization is responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the implementation of new customers or delivery of a program from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
Minimum Requirements 12+ years of professional experience, preferably in an office administration capacity working with data reporting and systems, and 4+ years of management experience. Critical Skills
