Description

The CBRE EHS Specialist supports client's EHS operations in the management of their overall EHS Programs.

• Develop documentation related to EHS programs for implementation both locally and globally.

• Project management for projects that include the development of design, content, and delivery methods of hands-on and online compliance training;

• Project management for projects that include the development, population strategy, and population implementation of a client account management system;

• Project management for projects that include the development of a population strategy and population implementation of the client account document control system that houses guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs);

• Project management for projects that include the development of a data tracking process and record keeping system, population strategy, and population implementation of such systems.

• Project management for projects that include review and revision of EHS programs

• Online Training Systems:

  1. Administration of online training systems including enrollment creation, completion tracking, and user assistance response;

  2. Maintenance and updates to safety training websites; and

  3. Maintenance of training records and providing documentation of completion when requested by client account.

• Administration and maintenance, including script development, for spreadsheets utilized to house data from incident and injury reports;

• Production of process automatization tools utilizing client provided systems to capture data specified by client account; and

• Production of data visualization (reports, files, system, or other media) based on client specifications, to include charts, infographics, and dashboards.

*Project management services include: maintaining project documentation, managing project timelines, identifying project risk and mitigation measure recommendations, providing regular project updates, project closure presentation including lessons learned and opportunities for improvement, and metric collection.
