Job Description DESCRIPTION * Responsible for the efficient and effective processes in place for experienced and fresh talent acquisition for diverse business units - including but not limited hiring requirement communication, Talent Sourcing, Selection and Offering. * Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and engage effective channels to source the right candidate in a timely manner. * Screen candidates for availability, motivations, employment eligibility, salary expectations, relocation needs and basic qualifications. * Coordinates reference checks and employment processing. * Ensure "Right-Start" for new hires through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the On-boarding process. * Build long and enduring relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, potential candidates and agencies. * Understand and provide market intelligence information to hiring managers and HRBPs, come up the appropriate suggestion/action. * Participate in assigned talent acquisition and HR cross functional projects. QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in this role, the following skills and experiences are crucial: * Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in in-house talent recruitment or RPO. * Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and can work under pressure. * Strong ownership and good at driving requisition fulfillment through effective sourcing channels (External/Internal Referral, Job boards, Social Medias, Campus recruitment, Agencies, etc.). * Good business sense and stakeholder engagement skills. * Knowledge of social media, LinkedIn and WeChat recruitment is a distinct advantage. * Good English skills both in verbal and written * Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions/business units. * Have passion to talent acquisition and willingness to learn new knowledge, skills and market trend.
