Job Description

The MES Product Support Engineer will be responsible to clarify ticket status, pre-analyze tickets, will work in close collaboration with CSM and will work in close conjunction with the related Product Owners.

Your tasks:

• Phone and email support for our clients and distributors in resolving their technical issues related to Rockwell Automation MES
• Monitor incoming ticket queue
• Support the triage process by ensuring ticket quality
• Follow up on ticket status
• Ensure information flow back and forth
• Simulation and analysis of clients' issues and problems
• Documenting technical solutions and best practices
• Cooperation with Product Manager, Product Owner

We expect you to have:

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Eagerness to develop in the area of IT and/or Automation
• Interest in Manufacturing Execution Systems
• Good knowledge of most popular operating systems (Windows)
• Work permit for Europe

Nice to have:

• Degree in Engineering/IT and/or prior experience on similar position
• Experience in working with customers
• High interpersonal skills
