Your Role:
As an Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing IT projects and/or programs from initiation to closeout. The IT Project Manager ensures that assigned projects are completed according to the needs of the business and project charter. This position reports to VP of IT.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with business to define business requirements, prepare project charters, defining project objectives, deliverables, scope, schedule, risks, assumptions, and financial budget.
- Define detail project scope, resource needs, timelines and toll gates necessary for successful project completion.
- Manage project resources, identify risk, develop mitigation plan, document and resolve issues, and take the necessary actions including escalations to accomplish project objectives.
- Work closely with application, development, architect and Analytics team to ensure solution is aligned with RCP architecture and security guidelines
In this vital role, you will drive continuous improvements and work with Applications support team and testing Hub to assist in issue resolution.

We need you to have:
- 5 years of experience managing ERP/SAP implementations and continuous improvements required
- The ability to lead or manage teams
- Excellent stakeholder's management skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology and business functions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Icing on the cake:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Knowledge of PMI project management
- Experience of MS CRM
