Your Role:
As an Operations Support Assistant, you will provide direct support to warehouse leadership team to ensure the organization and efficiency of the warehouse operation and be responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time You will have the opportunity to:
- Act as a key backup for "customer pick-up" transportation planner as required.
- Ensure all records and reports regarding warehouse activity are prepared on a timely basis and effectively maintained.
- Review operating goals, standards, and monitors achievement
- Enter work orders to ensure repairs to the building are completed
Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time

We need you to have:
- 3-5 years' experience in a high activity, distribution facility
- Knowledge of inventory controls, cycle counting and physical inventories.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite required - esp. Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP a plus - or working knowledge of WMS/ERP functionality.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills required
- Accuracy and thoroughness required with great attention to detail
