Position: Senior Manager - MMC (Mining, Metals & Cement)

Location: Anywhere, CH, Chile

• Create and share strategic insight and perspective with clients
• Demonstrate leadership in preparing proposals, SOWs, and business plans in a team structure
• Proactively manages relationships within the organization, with current and past client decision makers and with professional network
• Qualifies opportunities based on knowledge of Firm services, practices and understanding of client business issues
• Collaborates with vendors as well as industry and segment leaders to develop value driving relationships and partnerships
• Oversees project/program delivery, ensuring project is delivered with excellence (typically responsible for 1 or 2 projects at a time)
• Building relationships with existing and new customers - creating a lead and translating that lead into solid work

• Integrates analytical results and recommendations into solution for client
• Seeks to understand cultural norms/communication styles of team members and leverages diverse styles on the project
• Provides mentorship and guidance on the team
• Leads the team and ensures excellence in delivery
• Superior analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

• Multi-year experience leading multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-year consulting experience in Strategy, Operations & Technology focused engagements
• 10+ years experience in the mining, minerals and metals industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant technology tertiary qualifications
• Domain expertise in the mining, minerals and metals industry with a focus on operations or processing and 2 or more of the following technologies:
  • Digital twin / digital ID / modeling & simulation / digital product creation
  • Advanced analytics / AI / machine learning
  • Internet of things - smart connected operations and smart connect products
  • A/R, V/R/, X/R
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Enterprise Information Management
• Personal eminence in industry forums as demonstrated by a track record or speeches, panels, quotes, blogs, articles, white papers and other written digital vehicles is nice to have
• Significant network of relationships with senior client executives from the following functions:
