Key Responsibilities: - Maintain production work flow of mail & specialty in accordance with daily goals
- Act as primary point contact for Wegmans Mail Support Center & Specialty Managed Care Team
- Facilitate the daily mail/specialty team operations, ensuring daily mail/specialty work is accomplished.
- Operate as the point of contact for customer's issues concerning the mail/specialty business.
- Assist with general support of pharmacy operations when necessary
- Adherence or compliance of policies and procedures/ SOPs
- Develop new SOPs
- Communicate with peers and supervisors about operational concerns and assist in resolving these concerns
- Planning and organizing work assignments for employees
- Perform Central Fill operations when necessary such as order filling, replenishment, receiving, put-away, reclamation processing, cycle count process, dispensing, sorting, shipping and returns processing
- Lead smaller work teams to drive continuous improvement
- Assure employees adhere to Site Security, Safety Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicate consistently regarding operational success and issues with managers and employees
- Provide performance feedback to supervisors about employee performance maintaining that information is confidential at all times.
- Retrieve supplies needed to carry out work assignments
- Provide training to peers as needed
- Adhere to and promote the company's Shared Principles (ICARE & ILEAD)
- Maintain effective communication across all functional lines.
- Provide peer support and mentoring to fellow employees, identify training opportunities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when necessary
- Partner with mail and inventory teams to bring in product to support mail order scripts and assist in coordinating responses to Wegmans on tracker/backorder items as needed.
- Ability to perform item loads, item creation, and PO placement in SAP. Assist with yearly RFP item loads if necessary.
- Ability to utilize McKesson Connect for item research
- Assist in comment form research and communication for mail related concerns.
- Ability to slot items in the facility and adjust pack size setup of items when necessary
- Any other assigned duties
Minimum Job Qualifications: Must have a thorough knowledge of McKesson Central Fill processes, procedures, products, programs, services, and mail processes. Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Good PC skills required. Education/Training - High School Degree or equivalent Preferred Specialized Knowledge/Skills - - Microsoft Office Applications

- Prior training experience preferred
- Proficient with the GlobalShip shipping application
- Proficient with all logistic value chains (i.e., FedEx, UPS, Convergence, UPSMI & USPS)
- Must have great customer service skills
Working Conditions: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) - Will work in all areas of the business; office and production areas which are temperature controlled.
