QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Juris Doctorate preferred. Minimum of five years contract administration experience required, 10+ years preferred. Working experience with business law, contracting principles and practices, and general and industry specific regulatory and compliance requirements.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Bar certification preferred. C.P.M. or C.P.S.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

Solves advanced problems and develops a variety of options in complex situations to mitigate risk. Provides effective solutions for several constituents across lines of business and geographies. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Excellent project management and business analysis skills for executing projects, and continuously improving all contract administration processes. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers; establishes and maintains effective professional relationships with internal customers and suppliers. Ability to travel (5-10%) both domestic and international, as needed.
