What will you do:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will develop deep relationships across the business to drive your role as a trusted advisor. Filling openings in a timely and efficient manner with extremely high calibre candidates is the name of the game. The majority of your time will be spent speaking with interesting people, hearing insights on what their natural strengths and talents are and helping them to understand the endless opportunities at Stryker.
Recruit, engage and onboard individuals who live and breathe the Stryker values.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment experience, being a trusted advisor.
Work closely with our wider HR team to ensure smooth onboarding to our new employees.
A successful candidate will:
Be motivated by people! You must be intrigued about what makes people tick and providing the best experience across all your internal and external stakeholders.
Have previous Sales or Recruitment experience however this is not essential, full on job training provided.
