What you will do:
Incumbents will be responsible for test strategy, plan, design, configuration, and embedding of Testing & DevOps practice for project. This person coordinates with PMO Leads, Solution Delivery Leads, and System Integrator(s), to ensure program financials and logistics are aligned to drive testing solutions through end-to-end delivery and completion. Additionally, this candidate will manage vendor partners in US to create a 'Follow-the-Sun-Model' for various cycles of testing including UAT whilst providing business support.
Develop Test Plan for process Area ensuring end to end traceability.
Has sound SAP Testing Knowledge and Experience.
Analyze business requirements for testability and completeness using functional specification documents, business requirements document and technical design documents.
Demand Planning and estimate capacity required.
Provide guidance, training, tools and processes on testing.
Responsible for overseeing project implementation, rollout, on-going support and commercial terms, executing required tasks as per Test Project Plan across releases.
Maintain industry standard best practices to ensure team review of defects in assessing system quality and help find root causes. Document test results, report outs and defects triaging/resolution.
In collaboration with Delivery Leaders, identify the metrics and KPIs (internal & external) to capture and report.
Monitor Test Execution and Defect Closure.
Standardizing and enhancing the testing quality assurance environment by developing and maintaining testing standards and recommending improvements to testing practices including test automation.
Ensure Test Readiness: Review Testing Scenarios, Cases, and Scripts for completeness with Product Owner (confirm alignment to Storyboards from Nimbus).
Manage and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.
Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack.
What you need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the area of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT required. Software testing experience required.
SAP Testing Process experience required.
Experience with Agile, other rapid application development methods, and Waterfall SDLC required.
Good knowledge of HP ALM required.
Testing Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
Solid experience in functional testing, system integration testing and regression testing required.
Experience in driving test automation required.
Demonstrated ability to implement testing practices such as feasibility analysis, effort estimation, resource planning, risk and gap analysis, test data management, production defect reduction, end to end testing and status reporting required.
