Position Title: Administrator II Central Station Position Location: Salisbury, NC Position Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to manage the daily operation of the AP Center when the Lead is not available in this 24/7 operation. Monitoring varies by location and customer needs, but includes Fire, Hold-Up, Panic, Refrigeration, Pharmacy, Open/Close, and Perimeter alarms. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operation of the AP Center. Ensure proper execution of procedures in all areas of the operations relevant to system integrity, testing, reporting of incidents, and record keeping. Ensure all parties are notified during incidents. - Determine appropriate reactions to issues that have direct impact to store security and safety. - Provide leadership with the necessary information related to business critical issues impacting, sales, stock levels, and systems performance which may impact customer service/satisfaction. - Maintain and modify existing alarm database for alarm processing. Perform input of the data, provide support and trouble shoot problems associated with the database. Establish and maintain a list of associates at store level to be notified in the event of a store emergency. Revise and update list as needed or directed by manager. Establish and maintain a list of phone numbers for corporate crisis management team to include home, cellular, pager, and office numbers. Revise and distribute list as needed. - Perform remote video monitoring as needed and burn video in the event of violent incidents, associate misconduct, and consumer incidents. - Respond to all Law Enforcement requests for video as needed. - Recommend and provide training to alarm technicians and evaluate progress of training. - Assign and maintain alarm access codes. Keep lists current. Assemble and distribute various alarm reports. Provide printed alarm history reports for customers when requested. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment in the AP Center. Design, develop, and implement a crisis manual and disaster plan for the AP Center. Maintain and test plan and communicate to manager any issues. - Administer operational issues for the AP Center. Tasks may include but are not limited to payroll, scheduling, and time and attendance. - Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained in a 24 X 7 environment. - Provide leadership to the AP Center associates. - Institute any necessary changes the service levels as a result of new software hardware implementations. Institute new policy/procedures as necessary.
