The Business Insights & Analytics Rotational Development Program (RDP) provides recent MBA / MS Data Science & Analytics graduates with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience while helping various business units meet their objectives. The program helps to identify potential future business leaders for Bristol-Myers Squibb.
For RDP Associates, the two-year program offers accelerated career development opportunities that set the course for them to become well-rounded BIA employees and leaders. During the program, Associates rotate through three different roles within the BIA organization, getting exposure to different business units and working alongside leaders at every level to solve the most pressing challenges that the business faces today. The program offers each Associate the flexibility to forge their own path through BIA and to align their interest to their selected projects, making it a completely customized experience for each Associate.
Upon completion of the rotational program, qualified associates will have the opportunity to continue in a full-time role that aligns their area of expertise with business interest.
Our RDP program offers accelerated career development opportunities, exposure to various business units and senior leaders, and hands-on experience and skill development which will prepare the Associate for a career in BIA.
