The Key Bank Finance Organization, led by the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for providing financial performance analytics and insights, management reporting and forecasting, balance sheet management, strategic decisioning support and controllership functions. Accounting / Controllership – Responsible for managing efficient accounting transaction processing, maintaining Key’s SOX program, and providing accounting advisory services to the corporation and various Lines of Business at Key. The Accounting division also manages Key’s various financial systems and is currently working to transform the financial infrastructure at Key to be digitally enabled and as straight thru as possible to enhance our efficiency, accuracy, and control environment. Corporate Real Estate – Portfolio Management, Mergers & Acquisition, Transaction Management, Facility Management and Operations, Design and Construction, Program Management Office, Strategy and Relationship Management
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams)
Experience working with financial system reporting environments (i.e., Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Oracle, SAP, QRM, AxiomSL, Mainframe Z/OS , Accurate™ Reconciliation, IBM TM1 or Cognos, etc.) is a plus
Experience with tools such as Tableau, SAS, SQL, Python, R, DB2, Access, Visual Basic, Ab Initio is a plus
Experience with Wdesk, BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, cloud-based computing (including Google Cloud) and online research tools is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills, research skills, and the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid working relationships with multiple teams and individuals with varying levels of expertise
Proven team player, willing to assist others as needed to ensure that group deadlines are met and quality standards achieved
