Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Consumer Website Product Manager. The Consumer Website Product Manager (PM) is a critical role within the US Digital Marketing Activation Team. The PM will drive Awareness, Consideration, Trial and Loyalty for the FreeStyle Libre Franchise within the glucose monitoring market through the US consumer website.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage US Consumer web operations including content creation, design, development, implementation and maintenance.
Lead ongoing web content updates, including working with agency partners on web content development, creative and approvals to ensure brand, legal and regulatory compliance.
Drive keyword search and optimization strategy for ongoing website SEO goals.
Coordinate web page development, improving user experience. Execute A/B and multivariate testing.
Monitor web traffic, manage web analytics and ensure the site meets the business needs of the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop strategic web projects and execute web tactics.
Partner with product marketing and IT to develop and execute website efforts, adjust tactic strategy to optimize performance
Ensure proactive troubleshooting for site health issues and quality standards
Drive web integration efforts with other marketing systems to ensure robust site experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
Experience in Medical Device or Healthcare industry
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Energetic, self-starter with a positive attitude
Bias for action and proven track record of executing with excellence in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in PowerPoint culture. Able to easily create presentations with clear storylines and presents well.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and an appreciation for a team-oriented, highly collaborative culture.
Agility to manage through ambiguity and changing conditions
Ability to work through barriers and Regulatory constraints is a must.
Strong analytical skills to effectively utilize research and web performance data to shape strategies and tactics
