WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our Manager, Contract Compliance / Contract Administration is a key member of ADC's Finance and Pricing Team. This highly visible position (internally and externally) will lead and manage our Commercial Contract Compliance / Contract Administration function.
This role ensures compliance of Commercial contract administration activities, performs analytical assessments that could impact strategic and tactical decisions made by the Business, provides cross-functional support to develop processes, standards, tactics and controls, acts as a strategic business partner across Commercial (Sales and Marketing) functions, and leads and influences others, both with and without direct authority. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Alameda, CA.
Ensure departmental compliance to Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
Manage analytical and administrative disciplines related to Contract Administration and Contract Compliance with contract terms and conditions
Proactively identify and communicate financial accruals and credit related matters that may adversely affect Division or Customer / Stakeholder relationships
Understand product diversion implications and implement measures to identify and minimize diversion risks
Manage the processing of chargebacks and rebates across channels and ensure accuracy of calculations and payments
Proactively identify potential issues and reacts to and solves problems that arise in the areas of contract administration and payment processing
Facilitate interpretation and understanding of customer sales, chargeback/rebate data and contracts
Lead and develop staff responsible for associated administrative tasks
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
A minimum of 7 years work experience
Proven management/leadership skills
Ability to understand the organization's strategy and translate into day-to-day activities
Ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions
Ability to build and develop professional relationships within and outside of the work environment
Ability to consistently provide clear and concise written and verbal communication
Analytical and critical thinking skills, problem solving skills
Ability or aptitude to utilize software application to complete tasks
Advanced degree preferred
