As a Sr. Associate Manager - Consumer Insights & Analytics Summer Intern, you will be a valued member of the Insights & Analytics team, collaborating with Marketing and Media Leads to drive consumer-centric decision making and help to formulate end to end brand strategy to support communication strategy and campaign development (Digital and beyond), consumer targeting, innovation pipeline development, product and packaging, which are all fueling Mondelez’s revenue growth. You will seek out new and innovative trends and bring to development meetings as you passionately seek the voice of the consumer and communicate it to our cross-functional partners
Your responsibilities and project deliverables will closely mirror those of Sr. Associate Manager - Consumer Insights & Analytics and may include:
Consulting with marketing leadership to anticipate, formulate, and frame key business questions
Integrating insights collaboratively with business teams throughout the complete brand/product life cycle, including: brand strategy, communication strategy development, Innovation pipeline development, and in-market execution/assessment.
Gathering and analyzing data, understanding trends and patterns, constructing story lines to deliver impactful / implementable insights to Marketing, Advertising and Media agency
Advancing data-driven marketing maturity by building 360 campaign effectiveness measurement roadmap and defining best metrics and ways to assess and report performance and ROI to evolve metrics and drive reporting automation and visualization to translate data into actionable insights and actions utilizing engaging ‘story telling’ and communication
Partnering and managing data providers/research partners, to deploy and continuously perfect solutions
Strategic thinking, thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated analytic skills with a passion for data, testing hypotheses and turning insights into action
Idea and team leadership with a consumer centric focus
Ability to work with cross functional teams and successfully manage ambiguity in a fast- paced dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ work experience
1st year MBA program completion is required upon beginning internship
