We are seeking Sr Software Engineer to join our team!
Analyze existing software and develop solution for cloud platform using .NET Core/C#/Azure PaaS/Web API
Use a standard delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution that produce high-performance, highly scalable, and resilient software components.
Elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development team members and other ancillary project members to identify best in class software solutions to complex problems in the health care industry.
Maintain existing legacy applications written in ASP .NET/C#.NET through defect correction and refactoring.
Take a quality-first approach to software development by producing unit tests and automate functional testing as much as possible.
Conduct code reviews with other developers, including security checks.
Actively participate in Agile Ceremonies Daily Standups/ Sprint Planning/ Refinements / Retrospectives and Sprint demos.
Promote SOLID design principles for software development in a cloud-based environment to implement a code that can easily be modified, tested, extended, and refactored without any problems.
Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering using Microsoft technologies in a web-based application.
4+ years of experience working with Cloud Platform Azure
Database Proficiency - A Minimum of 4+ years of experience with SQL server 2012 and higher in higher volume transaction environments.
4 + years of experience in Source control technologies (GitHub/Bitbucket)
Solid experience analyzing information/requirements, general programming and user interface developing skills, software design, debugging, documentation and testing
Practical experience with Source code configuration, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
Object oriented programming knowledge.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Experience working with secure web services and API
Agile software methodology experience
Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular
Experience with Redgate
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Health care experience is a plus
Experience to deal with High Volume/High Transaction environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and Attention to Detail
