The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.
Provides leadership for digital products, initiatives, or a functional area within the Digital environment. Leads the development and execution of highly complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant line of business, and may have impact across the Enterprise. These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management. Develops digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area, and may influence digital strategy for the business line. May coach a small team of more junior digital consultants or cross-functional teams in digital initiatives.
Consults on a variety of complex functions within the Digital environment. Provides development and execution consultation for digital business plans, programs and initiatives. These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management. Works independently on most initiatives, and may provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.
Locations: San Francisco, CA or Charlotte, NC Relocation is not available for this position This Position will work remotely until COVID restrictions are lifted
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience
