Partner with global teams/local PC team business leaders to identify status and trends in China industry.
Liaises with global teams and local PC team to set up sales employee's competency model that align with PC team leadership and business strategy and direction
Work closely with PC team to develop training strategy/plan/curriculum that align with PC team training and development needs based on competency model
Conduct PC team sales employees' competency assessment to identify team and individual competency development strategy and plan based on assessment result analysis
Anticipate, design, and deliver leading edge solutions and blended learning activities to build skills and competencies that enable a commercial organization to win in the rapidly changing marketplace
Reinforce field utilization of integration of business strategy, product knowledge, skill with field coaching and value added workshops after regular phase training
Set up a solid new sales training and orientation/assimilation plan
Work closely with PC team to create, implement, evaluate team specific learning and development projects for real business needs
Build up tracking and measuring system on the effectiveness of PC team related training programs and tools
Be the expert on business strategy/product knowledge and their related markets
