Work you'll do:
Lead the daily "scrum" stand-up meeting, implements and ensures scrum process is followed
Arrange and run sprint planning, reviews, and sprint retrospectives
Protect the team from external influences and safeguards the scrum process
Foster an environment where team members are self-organizing and are empowered to improve their process for building software
Remove impediments to the team's progress
Drive continuous improvements among the team increasing velocity
Participate in scrum of scrum meetings with other Salesforce scrum teams and neighboring teams
Engage with scrum teams to provide clarity around ongoing development work

Strong understanding of Agile methodology
Ability to work with product owner, business, functional lead and scrum team to pick up prioritized user-stories from the backlog
Ability to run program increment and iteration planning for the scrum team
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments
Strong preference for candidates who are SaFE (Scaled Agile Framework) certified.
