We are looking to hire a COO to oversee our company’s operational processes and to ensure a superb customer experience. As a member of the executive leadership team (ELT) , Our COO will be responsible for maintaining and driving operational results for DivInc. The goal of the COO position is to strengthen the foundation of the organization with optimized efficiency and exceptional business execution so that it can experience sustainable growth. As this will be DivInc’s first COO, this role represents an opportunity to chart the course for the next phase of our growth and evolution. This role is reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As one of the most critical and essential positions within an organization, the COO must be a skilled communicator, effective leader, exemplary operator and a driven professional.
The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Partner with the CEO in developing strategic plans to execute the vision of DivInc. As the market dynamics evolve it is imperative that this partnership leads to ensure strong execution.
Provide leadership in developing and executing a strategic plan for DivInc’s regional, national and international expansion.
Create systems that will support sustainable operational and financial growth for DivInc..
Partner with the CEO and finance leadership to achieve favorable financial results with respect to revenue/income, profitability, cash flow, systems, reporting and controls.
Create and manage effective measurement tools that gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of DivInc’s internal and external processes.
Create the systems/processes that successfully support a growing company while also maintaining the strong culture of family, creativity and innovation.
Partner with the CEO in managing and building relationships with key stakeholders within our ecosystems.
Work with CEO and VP of Business Development on capital raise efforts with potential sponsors and equity investors.

Strong executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills.
Qualifications of a strong candidate might be, but not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
5+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.
Proven track record of outstanding performance in previous organizations, non-profit or for profit.
Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
Ability to make business projections three years into the future
Salary Range of $100K-$110K. Commensurate with experience.
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Must be based in Austin or Houston. (Dallas will be considered).
