Job Description Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a data and analytics professional to join our dedicated Asset Analytics & Insights Team focusing on the Front Store business. In this role, you will drive the development of impactful analytics that will focus on key data/metrics in order to reduce product loss and improve overall Front Store profitability for the enterprise. You will support our field team with reporting and analytics through dashboard visualizations to identify business trends and provide imperative metrics needed for field execution.
You will partner with AP team and other areas of the enterprise to capture and provide new and improved data metrics imperative to support our analysis and dashboards.
You will accomplish this through:
- Designing, executing, and presenting targeted analysis to help influence senior leadership decisions
- Developing tools / dashboards to support, manage and report on various field strategies and initiatives
- Serving as the Tableau owner for the Asset Protection Site, focused on short-term executables while contributing to the long-term vision of Tableau, itâ™s consumer ease of use, and future roadmap.
- Accessing data, constructing and manipulating large data sets to support planned analyses, using SQL, excel, and similar tools
The candidate selected for this position requires the combination of technical reporting skills, business acumen, and the ability to work as a collaborative member in a team environment. This person should also be detailed orientated with the ability to run and manage quantitative reporting in a defect-free manner. The ideal candidate should also be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function and is accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.
Required Qualifications - 5 or more years' of related work experience - 3 or more yearsâ™ experience in data mining, data analysis or statistical / advanced analytic techniques - 3 or more yearsâ™ accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses, using SQL, Excel, and similar tools - 3 or more years' experience with dashboard creation in tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc...
