Talent Acquisition Coordinator - English Speaking
You start on a short-term contract as Abbott Contractor with a high chance of getting prolonged or converted showing good performance and cultural team fit.
As an Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support in partnership with EMEA TA Team several recruitment activities for Abbott's businesses across EMEA Countries.
In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring manager and candidate experience with great communications and practical logistical support to meet company's needs.
Serves as a point of contact to deliver a best in class experience for candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday, including posting of requisitions via associated sourcing tools, offer management and hiring process completion.
Provide 1st level CV screen on requisitions to TA specialists.
Supports TA Managers / Senior TA Recruiter in pipelining, market mapping and candidate sourcing.
Ensuring that all relevant communication to managers and candidates are sent out during the recruitment process.
Provides best in class brand sourcing support via digital and social media tools.
Negotiates and schedules interview dates with hiring manager and candidates and check for room availability.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Manage candidate interview sign-up process & prepares interview schedules; troubleshoots any problems that arise from on-site interviews.
Arrange travel and lodging for out of town applicants, where applicable
Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols completed including medical and reference checks for all new hires as well as, psychometric test and background checks when required.
University degree is desirable
Fluent English language skill is a must have.
An additional EMEA Language is an advantageous
Excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.
Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
Effective communication and organizational skills
Highly-engaged team member
End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable
Sourcing and market mapping experience would be a strong asset
Experience working with recruitment technologies (Workday is a plus)
