Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager, U.S. Digital Health. You will help lead the commercialization and management of our ecosystem of digital health tools, design best-in-class digital health products and platform capabilities, drive strategic initiatives that impact lines of business across the organization, and build an environment conducive to forming high-performing teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive execution of the US digital health strategy for the FreeStyle Libre (FSL) Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) franchise
Work across teams (e.g., engineering, product, sales, marketing, security, legal) and build relationships to solve myriad complex problems in creative, thoughtful, and scalable ways
Play a key role in developing products / product features, guiding the product roadmap, and determining which investments are most impactful to the business
Use data to support hypotheses and conclusions, for developing business cases and roadmap priorities, and to inform the success of your digital health products and partnerships
Launch next generation digital health products spanning consumer, healthcare professional, and B2B audiences by collaborating with a large, cross-functional commercial team
Contribute to the US partnership strategy by driving the search, diligence, contracting, and operationalization for new partnerships across business channels
Develop sales tools (literature, brochures, website, promotional media), training materials, and field sales / customer communications to support field sales and channel marketing teams
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant to senior management and key stakeholders for digital health products
Stay on top of all relevant healthcare and consumer technology trends, competitors, market offerings, and industry best practices
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience. Product management experience in medical products or services preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analysis of market conditions.
At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, financial services, or management consulting. At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross functional team leadership. Knowledge of digital health within payor, provider, and / or pharmaceutical organizations. Experience working collaboratively in a large, matrixed organization at all levels and across business lines using influencing skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships to establish trust and credibility across a matrixed, cross-functional team.
High-energy, self-starter attitude with a high degree of self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action
Proven ability to identify / define business questions and issues and develop business and financial frameworks to conduct analyses
Demonstrated ability to leverage data / insights to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create sustainable competitive advantage
Impetus to start with customer needs and work backwards to solutions
Ability to discuss technical concepts, articulate tradeoffs, and propose new concepts to your colleagues / stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, which allow you to explain decisions based on new information, insights, and the point of view of various audiences
Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and quick recall
Advanced knowledge of and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
