Work you'll do
As a Manager in the Human Capital Organization Transformation Group you will:
Support public sector institutions in developing and implementing communications and change management strategy
Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional practitioners to optimize communications and change campaign outcomes
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Completed Bachelor's degree
7 years of professional experience, either working directly for a government client or providing consulting support to government clients
Able and willing to travel up to 70%
Prior management consulting experience
Advanced degree in a related field
Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions
Active U.S. Secret clearance or higher
